Located on a wonderful beach, this hotel offers stunning views of the Mediterranean sea. The rooms are beautifully decorated with old-world charm. The breakfast is delicious and offers a wide variety of choices. The staff, particularly Juan Carlos and Maximo, provide exceptional service and are very friendly. The pool is a great place to relax and enjoy the sunshine.
The communication between the staff can be improved.

The hotel is located right on the Mediterranean Sea, providing fine views from the room. The cleanliness of the hotel was perfect, both indoors and outdoors. The staff at the hotel were amazing, providing excellent service and assistance. The hotel facilities, such as the spa and relaxation area, were great and enjoyable.

The hotel has an excellent location with fine views. The breakfast is delicious with a amazing view. The hotel has an aristocratic atmosphere and beautiful gardens. The staff are friendly and helpful, and there is ample parking space.

With its luxurious amenities, this venue did not disappoint in fulfilling my need for a relaxing holiday. the Spa & Wellness Centre offered a range of services including a sauna and Turkish bath, as well as massages and full body treatments. the outdoor swimming pool was heated, perfect for an early morning swim, and there were plenty of sun loungers to relax on in the garden area. the breakfast buffet was extensive, with a selection of special diet menus available upon request. the poolside snack bar offered refreshing drinks and tasty snacks.
The service fell short of what I expected at such an exclusive venue. the staff were unresponsive and lacked the hospitality I have experienced at other 5-star hotels.
